Though we’re only halfway into the college football season, a relative level of clarity has started to emerge in both of these divisions.
It appears to me that the East has the typical top tier of Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State in that exact order, followed by Maryland on its own distinct tier a massive jump below the aforementioned, and then another drop down to the bottom-feeding Michigan State, Rutgers, and Indiana.
