There hasn’t been a whole lot to debate around the Group of Five’s representative for the NY6 bowl games in this current college football structure. I was of the opinion that Troy and UTSA both deserved some consideration over Tulane last season, but the Green Wave were the champions of the AAC, avenging one of two losses on the season in the process, and they promptly beat USC in the Cotton Bowl.
