Ohio State is finally playing a ranked opponent as the Buckeyes travel to State College to face Penn State.
This game is typically one the entire nation has circled even before the season because it usually includes Ohio State battling a very dangerous team in White Out conditions in Prime Time. None of those things are true this year.
