Is Maryland actually decent? The Terps are averaging 6.9 yards per play through three weeks, have only allowed one sack, have a very balanced offense, and have won the turnover battle. The defense is mediocre (which is to be expected here) and they need to clean up penalties. I think this is an eight or nine win football club with the only obvious losses looking like Ohio State, Penn State, and Michigan.
