Boston College got better results than I would expect for having a 30-something OC with no other prior playcalling experience and a washed up DC who had been out of work or floating around Arena Football for a full decade. They fired their defensive line coach and lost their defensive backs coach to the NFL. Both replacement hires are decent but not exciting.
