The offensive coaching staff, led by OC Shannon Dawson, OL coach Alex Mirabal, and WRs coach Kevin Beard, is entirely intact and I think one of the best in the country. The Miami offense, which ranked no. 88 in 2022 before this staff was hired, jumped to no. 34 in OFEI in 2023 and no. 3 in 2024.
