I truly, sincerely believe that C.J. Stroud is the most talented passer ever to put on a Buckeye uniform, and is maybe even the best overall quarterback in Ohio State history.
For the two years he was the Buckeye starter, he put up absolutely gaudy numbers, casually made at least one pass per game that probably should be impossible, and never lost a game that was his fault.
